Another 4 new Valorant skin collections are almost here with the coming of the Episode 5 Act 1 Battle Pass and the accompanying shop release! The new shop skins are called Prelude to Chaos and feautures a full set with melee: all set in purples and pinks and golds, the set evokes the spirit of the cosmos and space, or perhaps a futuristic alien world. The new Battle Pass skin collections are the Shimmer, Task Force 809 and Spitfire skin sets.
Prelude to Chaos (Demonstone)
The new shop release for the Episode 5 Act 1 Battle Pass release has been leaked, and we have an artistic image of the guns as well as some on game screen-grabs. Also referred to as Demonstone due to its reference being found in datamining, the set features a unique sword/axe/knife melee, along with a Shorty, Stinger, Vandal and Operator.
The skin set is strong and with a significant amount of detail and styling (as we expect from Battle Pass shop releasaes), with the dominant colours being pinks and purples. The full bundle will cost 8,700 VP with the melee costing 4,350 VP and the individual guns going for 2,175 VP each.

Battle Pass Skins
As usual for the battle pass we have three sets of skins: these are Shimmer, Spitfure and Task Force 809.
Task Force 809
The Task Force 809 set offers the top reward melee knife for the battle pass, with the skin collection featuring five skins: a melee knife, Frenzy, Spectre, Phantom and Marshal sniper. The set is a relatively straightforward one, set in gold, blue and grey, but it has clean, realistic styling and design.
Spitfire
As you may have guessed from the name, the Spitfire skin set takes fire as its theme, with flames being shown prominantly on the weapons. The set is mainly red/yellow, black and grey and features a Classic, Guardian, Operator and Ares.
Shimmer
One for the ladies, Shimmer is a highly detailed set, primarily in purple and rose-gold. The weapons feature purple sparkles, unicorn symbols and soft pastel colours. The set is comprised of the Classic, Stinger, Judge and Bulldog.
