Valorant Store
How Does the Valorant Store Rotation Work?
The Valorant Store has two separate parts. A featured bundle or collection is showcased at the top on its own separate rotation, usually tied to a themed skin line. Below it, the Store also shows individual weapon-skin offers — usually four at a time — that refresh daily and are different for every player. Both are optional: nothing in the Store affects gameplay, and everything shown is purchased using Valorant Points (VP), the game's premium currency.
Valorant Store FAQ
How do I purchase skins in the Valorant Store?
Open the Store tab in the Valorant client, select a bundle or individual skin offer, and confirm the purchase with your Valorant Points (VP) balance. If you don't have enough VP, the client will prompt you to buy more before completing the purchase.
How often does the Valorant Store reset?
The individual weapon-skin offers usually refresh once every 24 hours. Featured bundles and collections rotate on their own separate schedule, which isn't fixed to a set number of days — check the in-game Store for exactly what's currently live.
Can I refund a Valorant skin?
Riot currently allows refunds for unused in-game content and unused VP within a limited window after purchase (generally 14 days), where "unused" typically means the item has never been equipped into a match. Refund rules are set entirely by Riot and can change, so check Riot's official refund support page for the current policy and to submit a request.
What skins can appear in the Valorant Store?
The Store offers individually-purchasable skins from the game's general catalogue. Some skins are obtained a different way instead — through the Battle Pass, agent contracts, or special promotional bundles — and don't appear in daily rotation or the Store's featured slot.
